This 8,000 square foot medical building represents the second phase of a multi-tenant development and the first time a Fortune 500 national healthcare tenant partnered on-site. Developed following the real estate downturn, the project required updated approvals and a revised site plan. Tailored to DaVita’s medical specifications, the facility features ADA-compliant infrastructure and was constructed with in-house site work, exterior carpentry, and a custom metal roof. Located on Highway 34, it serves as a key healthcare anchor in the area.
