The Preserve at Barneget Bay is a 78-unit townhome community shaped over more than a decade of planning. The project navigated zoning designations, shifting market cycles, and COVID-era disruptions. Originally conceived with retail components, the plan was restructured mid-approval to meet changing housing demand. Final approvals were secured during the pandemic, and the resulting neighborhood combines thoughtfully integrated open space with modern homes targeted to today’s suburban buyers.
